• Basic Attack: Lucent Moonglow – Deals Ice DMG to a single enemy target.
• Skill 1: Transcendent Flash- Deals Ice DMG to a single enemy target and gains a number of stacks of Syzygy.
• Enhanced Skill: Moon on Glacial River – Deals Ice DMG to a single enemy target and a proportional amount of Ice DMG to adjacent targets. Consumes a number of stacks of Syzgy. This ability doesn’t consume Skill Points.
• Ultimate: Florephemeral Dreamflux – Deals Ice DMG to a single enemy target and a proportional amount of Ice DMG to adjacent targets. Gains a number of stacks of Syzgy after the attack ends.
• Talent: Crescent Transmigration – When Jingliu has 2 Syzygy stacks, she enters the Spectral Transmigration state with her Action Advanced, and her CRIT Rate increased. Then, Jingliu’s Skill “Transcendent Flash” is enhanced to “Moon On Glacial River,” and only this enhanced Skill is available for use in battle. When Jingliu uses an attack in the Spectral Transmigration state, she consumes HP from all other allies equal to a percentage of their respective Max HP (this cannot reduce allies’ HP to lower than 1). Jingliu’s ATK increases proportionately based on the total HP consumed from all allies for this attack, capped at a percentage of her base ATK, lasting until the current attack ends. Jingliu cannot enter the Spectral Transmigration state again until the current Spectral Transmigration state ends. Syzygy can stack up to 3 times. When Syzgy stacks become 0, Jingliu will exit the Spectral Transmigration state.
• Technique: Shine of Truth– After using this Technique, creates a dimension around Jingliu that lasts for a duration that inflicts Freeze on all enemies in this dimension. After entering combat with enemies in the dimension, Jingliu immediately regenerates Energy and obtains 1 Syzygy stack, with a 100% base chance of Freezing enemy targets for a number of turns. While Frozen, enemy targets cannot take action, and receive Additional Ice DMG at the start of every turn. Only 1 dimension created by your team can exist at a time.

Jingliu Eidolons in Honkai Star Rail

• Level One: Moon Crashes Tianguan Gate – When using her Ultimate or enhanced Skill, Jingliu’s Crit Damage increases by 24% for one turn. If only one enemy target is attacked, the target will additionally receive ICE DMG equivalent to 100% of Jingliu’s ATK.
• Level Two: Crescent Shadows Qixing Dipper – After using her Ultimate, increases the damage of Jingliu’s next enhanced Skill by 80%.
• Level Three: Halfmoon Gapes Mercurial Haze – Increases the level of Jingliu’s Ultimate and Talent by two, with a maximum upgrade Level of 15.
• Level Four: Lunarlance Shines Skyward Dome – While in the Spectral Transmigration state, Jingliu’s increased attack obtained from consuming allies’ HP is increased by 90% of the total HP that has been consumed from the entire team. The cap for attack increased in this way also increases by 30%.
• Level Five: Night Shades Astral Radiance – Increases the level of Jingliu’s Skill by two with a maximum upgrade level of 15, and increases the level of her Basic Attack by one, with a maximum upgrade level of 10.
• Level Six: Eclipse Hollows Corporeal Husk – When Jingliu enters the Spectral Transmigration state, she obtains one stack of Syzygy. While in this state, her Crit Damage also increases by 50%.

Best Light Cone for Jingliu in Honkai Star Rail

The best Light Cone for Jingliu is her signature weapon Brilliant Fixation. This Light Cone increases the CRIT DMG of the wearer by 20%-32%. Additionally, once an ally is attacked or loses HP, the wearer will gain a stack of Eclipse, that can go all the way to 3 stacks.

Every Eclipse stack increases the DMG of the wearer’s next attack by 14%-24%. Upon reaching 3 stacks, the next attack by the wearer will ignore the enemy’s DEF by 12%-20%. The effect gets removed after launching an attack. This Light Cone can only be obtained from the Light Cone Event Warp.

However, if you are looking for a free-to-play option, On the Fall of An Aeon is a very good 5-star Light Cone. Apart from that, you can use A Secret Vow, and Under the Blue Sky as viable 4-star options.

However, it is recommended that you have both A Secret Vow and Under the Blue Sky at maximum superposition. If not, then On the Fall of An Aeon is a superior choice.

When it comes to Traces, these are the three that you need to prioritize:

• Skill
• Ultimate
• Talent

Do not level up her Basic ATK as it does minuscule damage and does not impact her kit in any way.

Jingliu’s Talent has a bonus where you get close 50% CRIT Rate whenever you are in the Spectral Transmigration state. This means all you need is to stack up CRIT DMG on her as much as possible. • Eidolon 2 (Good): Jingliu’s Enhanced Skill deals more damage after using her Ultimate.
• Eidolon 4 (Good): Jingliu will gain more attack whenever she drains the rest of the party’s HP.
• Eidolon 6 (Good): Jingliu will gain an extra stack of Syzygy when in Spectral Transmigration state alongside even more Crit DMG.

Best Jingliu Team Comp in Honkai Star Rail

Jingliu is an outright DPS, which means you need supports who can keep her alive while also boosting her damage output. The best supports to pair with Jingliu are Luocha, Pela, and Bronya.

In this team, Bronya provides ATK and CRIT DMG boost which benefits Jingliu massively. If you have Eidolon 4 Pela, then she reduces ICE DMG resistance of enemies. Lastly, Luocha keeps Jingliu and the rest of the party alive.

If you lack Pela, you can try using Silver Wolf, who will also function quite well. You can run Tingyun or Yukong in place of Bronya as well. Lastly, Luocha can be replaced by Lynx, Natasha, or Bailu. Additionally, Ruan Mei is an exceptional unit to run alongside Jingliu.
