Two superstars working together in a film is very rare these days, especially when both belong to different industries. Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth shared screen together in 2018 with 2.0 and such collaborations are always looked forward to. A collaboration that we surely have little memory of is Shah Rukh Khan and South superstar Thala Ajith sharing screen.
Both superstars who reign the screen and box-office in their respective industries have come together. It was the 2001 flick Asoka, where Shah Rukh Khan played the titular role and Ajith played his elder half-brother Susima Maurya. The movie was known for its drama, action sequences and some great music. Asoka also starred Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan paired opposite each other and the movie had received a mixed response. Well, it's surely one of the only films where two superstars shared screen space and we wish there is some collaboration in future.
Shah Rukh Khan has kept the audiences and his fans guessing about his next film. While some say he will start working on Rajkumar Hirani’s next, some say he might star in one of the Yash Raj Films’ productions and it will be a giant project.
