Is live CNN programming available on CNNgo?
Yes, live programming is available simultaneously on CNNgo as it airs on the CNN On Air live television channel.
Can I go back to an earlier program if I missed it?
Yes, programming from earlier today is accessible by clicking on the Schedule button. The Schedule panel provides access to the last nine shows as well as information for upcoming shows.
Can I see CNN On Demand Shows?
Yes, ‘Shows’ section in the CNNgo application provides access to featured on demand shows like our award-winning series and specials, at no cost to users who already have a TV subscription that includes CNN.
Does CNNgo cost extra?
No, CNNgo, including all of the programs and on demand shows are available as part of the CNNgo experience that come with your TV subscription. Click "Watch Live TV" on CNN.com or tap "go live" on your CNN iPad app, then sign in with your TV service provider user name and password to enter the CNNgo experience. There is no additional cost for stories or shows you select to watch.
Is a subscription required?
A TV service subscription is required.If you do not see your TV service provider listed when signing in, please contact your TV service provider to find out how you can get access to CNNgo. No additional subscription or membership to CNN.com is required.

When entering the CNNgo application, the CNN Broadcast will automatically play the on air program that is on TV. If you are watching a previously aired show, or on a different section of the application, click the ‘Go Live’ button to join the live broadcast.How can I rewind when watching the on air program or earlier program?
You can access the video controls by rolling the mouse over the video player area (computer) or tapping the video player area (tablet). Using the video controls, you can play or pause the video. Different stories in the show are also segmented in the video progress bar. You can access previous stories by clicking on the story segments in the video controls or by clicking on the Schedule button to browse earlier shows.How do I know what show I am watching?
The name of the show you are watching is displayed immediately below the video area.How do I know if I am watching the live broadcast or an earlier show or video?
The live indicator is located below the show and story title. When you are watching the live broadcast, the live indicator will read ‘Live.’ When you are watching an earlier show or video, the live indicator will read ‘Go Live.’ You can click on the ‘Go Live’ to join the live broadcast and watch the on air program. The live indicator is located below the video player. When you are watching the live broadcast, the live indicator will read ‘Live.’ When you are watching an earlier show or an on demand show, the live indicator will read ‘Now Playing’, and a ‘Go Live’ button will be displayed. You can click on the ‘Go Live’ button to join the live broadcast and watch the on air program.What is related coverage?
The CNN editorial team provides more content to CNN viewers by carefully selecting relevant articles and other related information about the story you are watching and presenting them in the Related Coverage area below the video. Click on each item to view expanded articles, photos, tweets, videos, etc.How do I view Related Coverage without missing the program I am watching?
You can click on Related Coverage items and the CNN Broadcast will continue to play so that you can learn more about the news story you are interested in without missing part of the show. When Related Coverage includes video, the live broadcast will pause while you watch Related Coverage video so you don't miss anything.How do I share content I find interesting with my friends?
You can share any Related Coverage item (articles, photos, videos, galleries) by clicking on the sharing button. CNNgo sharing options include: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Email. More sharing options will be added in future updates.
